HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER.


Step 1: Select the Right Product.

  1. Click on the product you want to purchase.
  2. Review product details, including descriptions and size options.
  3. Select the appropriate size based on your dog's measurements.

Step 2: Proceed to Payment.

  1. Click the "Pay" button to continue.
  2. If you have a discount code, enter it in the field provided before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3: Provide Shipping Information.

  1. Enter your shipping address and contact information.
  2. Please confirm that the information is correct to ensure accurate delivery.

Step 4: Choose a Payment Method.

  1. Select your preferred payment method:
  • Debit/credit card.
  • PayPal.
  • Sinpe Mobile (it is mandatory to send the receipt via WhatsApp to  506 8587-0707 or to web@specialk9.com).

Step 5: Confirm your Order.

  1. Review your order details one last time to make sure everything is correct.
  2. Click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.
  3. After placing your order:
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.

Step 6: Track your order.

  1. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number assigned to the courier so you can track its progress and know when it will arrive at its destination.

WARRANTIES & RETURNS.


Warranties.

Warranty for manufacturing defects. Each item has specific conditions depending on its nature, which can be verified in each product description. Please report defects or anomalies within the one-month warranty period (does not apply to all products).

Returns.

 Exchanges are available if the product has a manufacturing defect. It's important that you have the dog's measurements correct for the product you're purchasing at the time of purchase. No refunds are issued; exchanges are available for available products, for the same amount paid.

Items damaged during shipping.

All items are inspected before shipping. We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. If your package is damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and contact the carrier (Correos de Costa Rica, Courier Company, etc.) immediately. If you have any problems, please contact us and report them so we can assist you in following up with the carrier.
